Best Practices in Leadership Effectiveness & Employee Engagement

November 10 Conference

November 11 Post-Conference Workshops

Embassy Suites Minneapolis Airport, Bloomington, MN

The Minnesota Council for Quality is pleased to announce a special two-day conference this fall: “ Best Practices in Leadership Effectiveness & Employee Engagement.”  The main conference will be Thursday, November 10, with post-conference workshops on Friday, November 11. High performing organizations such as US Bank, Toro, Allina Hospitals & Clinics, Olmsted County, Benedictine Health System, and AMSOIL have agreed to share best practices in succession planning, communication, servant leadership, measuring and increasing employee engagement, and many other relevant topics. 

Experts will also exhibit November 10, and special facilitated networking/sharing sessions are scheduled for parts of the day to help attendees absorb content, share best practices amongst themselves, and meet/build relationships with other leaders and professionals interested in performance excellence.

Costs

  • Cost for Nov 10 full-day main conference Nov 10 is $200 for members, $300 for members of our partners, or $400 non-members.
  • Cost for Nov 11 post-conference workshops is $200 (member), $300 for members of our partners, or $400 non-members.
  • Cost for both days (Nov 10-11) combined is $350 for members, $550 for members of our partners, or $700 for non-members.
