The Performance Improvement Network (PIN) is a service of the Minnesota Council for Quality and a benefit to our members. PIN provides a forum for leaders and professionals to share information on principles, processes, and practices that improve performance of organizations, individuals, and/or communities. Discussions usually focus on topics of contemporary interest; recent topics include Balanced Scorecard, Baldrige-based improvement, Six Sigma, innovation, Lean, ethics, innovation, employee engagement, and many others. The Minneapolis PIN discussion is the first Thursday of every month, hosted by Minneapolis Community & Technical College (MCTC) in downtown Minneapolis. The new St. Paul PIN discussion is the third Wednesday of every month, hosted by 3M and Metro State University (alternating monthly). Both forums meet from 8:00-9:00AM (networking at 7:30AM) and offer a continental breakfast. Discussions are free for Council members and $20 for the public ($10 for members of our partners). For more information -- including information on current meetings, future meetings, and archived presentations -- click on the links at the left.
