The Performance Improvement Network (PIN) is a service of the Minnesota Council for Quality and a benefit to our members. PIN provides a forum for leaders and professionals to share information on principles, processes, and practices that improve performance of organizations, individuals, and/or communities.  Discussions usually focus on topics of contemporary interest; recent topics include Balanced Scorecard, Baldrige-based improvement, Six Sigma, innovation, Lean, ethics, innovation, employee engagement, and many others.

The Minneapolis PIN discussion is the first Thursday of every month, hosted by Minneapolis Community & Technical College (MCTC) in downtown Minneapolis.

The St. Paul PIN discussion is the second Wednesday of every month, hosted Metro State University.

Both forums meet from 8:00-9:00AM (networking at 7:30AM) and offer a continental breakfast.  Discussions are free for Council members and $30 for the public ($15 for members of our partners).
