The Performance Improvement
Network (PIN) is a service of the Minnesota Council for Quality and a
benefit to our members. PIN provides a forum for managers and professionals
to share information on principles, processes, and practices that improve
organizational performance and/or competitiveness. PIN offers a breakfast
discussion the first Thursday of every month, focusing on a timely topic
(recent topics include Balanced Scorecard, Baldrige-based improvement,
Six Sigma, innovation, ethics, and many others). Discussions are lead
by a practitioner with direct experience on the topic. Meetings are free
for Council members and $20 for the public. For more information including
meeting announcements, please see www.improvementnetwork.org.
