Beginning in 2002, the Minnesota Council for Quality began offering
a “rolling schedule” for our assessments. So, instead of
having a rigid timeline that may or may not accommodate your planning
and organizational needs, we can begin an assessment at whatever time
that best works for you. We believe this is more customer focused, and
we also believe we are the first state program to offer a rolling schedule.

We begin accepting Letters of Intent for the current year's Award cycle on February 1, and the last day to submit a Letter of Intent for the current year Award cycle is July 1 (the corresponding last day to submit full applications is November 1, for those invited to do so).
Letters of Intent for our Alternative Assessment are accepted year-round.
