Cheryl Hermann, RN, is vice president of Clinic Operations at Allina Medica Clinic in Minneapolis.  She is a member of the Allina Medical Clinic executive council and Allina Hospitals & Clinics leadership forum, and she serves as the executive sponsor for patient safety. The Vice President in a paired leadership role with the Chief Medical Officer and has accountability for care and operational performance of Allina's 42 clinic sites.

She began her career as an Register Nurse and worked in long term care as well as several of the Twin Cities Metro Hospitals.  After furthering her education and getting a degree in Business Administration, she continued with her passion in serving the healthcare needs of patients in roles of leadership versus providing care directing at the bedside. 

Ms. Hermann has served multiple years as an Evaluator with the Minnesota Quality Award, beginning in 2005.
