Rachelle
H. Schultz, President/CEO of Winona Health, has more than 16 years
experience in healthcare management. In her current position, she
oversees a community-owned, nonprofit healthcare system that includes
a 99-bed acute care hospital, a 160-bed nursing home, three assisted
living facilities, home care and hospice programs, a physician clinic,
pharmacy, foundation, and related healthcare services.
Service excellence, performance
improvement, and team development are key components of Schultz's
successful working style. She has a proven record of healthcare
accomplishments, including: organizational restructuring resulting
in greater efficiencies, successful completion of building projects,
development and implementation of strategic plans, and new product
line development.
Before coming to Winona
Health, Schultz worked with Banner Health System, a multi-state
nonprofit healthcare system. While there, she directed rehabilitation
services for a children's center, served as administrator for a
skilled nursing facility, directed regional home care/hospice services,
and was appointed CEO/Community Administrator of Lookout Memorial
Hospital in Spearfish, SD.
Schultz graduated from
Georgetown University with a degree in economics, then completed
her Master's in Health Administration at the University of Minnesota.
She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. |
