Jim Hill has served in various Engineering and Quality supervision and management positions for the Nuclear Management Company. He is currently a Senior Project Manager at the Xcel Energy’s Prairie Island nuclear plant in Red Wing MN. Jim started Minnesota Quality Award evaluation in 1996, and is currently serves a team leader, new evaluator trainer, and also serves on the Panel of Judges.
Jim has an electrical engineering degree from the University of Illinois, an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He is a Senior Member of ASQ, holding Auditor and Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence certifications, and also holds certification from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional. |
