 Melissa Rabida joined the staff of the Minnesota Council for Quality as a Director in June 2006. Her primary role with the Council is membership relationship management in the Twin Cities, along with providing leadership of the member services functions within the overall organization. Prior to Melissa joining the Council, she worked for 13 years at Allina Hospitals & Clinics as a Director in the system-level corporate functions of Strategic Planning, Finance and Quality. Melissa has served three years on the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (2004-2006), has served more than five years as an evaluator (and three years as a Senior Examiner) with the Minnesota Council for Quality, and is currently serving as an Examiner for the Wisconsin Forward Award. She received an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in 2001.
