Sarah
Field is currently the Executive Director of Rochester Area Math
Science Partnership. She is responsible for three key Partnership
initiatives: supporting high student achievement, providing leadership
and support for continuous improvement and promoting collaboration
among K-12 districts, business partners and higher education partners.
Sarah
is a graduate of the Carlson School of Management at the University
of Minnesota
. She has a diverse background
with experience in the I/T, manufacturing, non-profit and education
industries. Prior to her work with RAMSP, she held positions with
the following organizations: IBM (software engineer), Worksystems,
Inc (Special Projects Coordinator) and as an Independent Consultant
with the United Way
of Olmsted County
. Sarah also served for one year
as an AmeriCorp VISTA volunteer with the “Teaming for Technology”
program.
Currently
Sarah serves on the boards of the Rochester Area Quality Council
and the MN Council for Quality. She serves on the Board of Evaluators
for the MN Quality Award. Sarah also volunteers on several community
projects.
She
currently lives in Rochester
, MN
with her husband David and children
Isabel & Olivia.
