Lynn
Willenbring has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from
the University of Minnesota and a master's degree in Management
from Cardinal Stritch University. She has worked for the Minnesota
Department of Revenue in a variety of positions. During this time
Lynn was loaned to the U.S. Department of the Treasury for a one-year
assignment to Lithuania. While there, Lynn advised the government
on successful administration practices. She has served the Minnesota
Department of Public Safety as Assistant Commissioner and Driver
and Vehicle Services Director. Lynn is currently the Chief Information Officer for the City
of Minneapolis.
