Jeri Meola is a founding partner of Satisfaction Management Systems (SMS). For the past 18 years her experience has been in the design, implementation and management of the research process for SMS’ largest and most complex clients across a wide variety of industries and companies such as: Lutheran Brotherhood, Lawson Software, General Electric, Imation, Honeywell, Wilsons Leather, St. Paul Companies, Datacard, Toro and Northwestern Travel Management.
Jeri is actively involved with the Council as President of Performance Improvement Network (PIN). She is nationally recognized within her industry as a member of Sterling Who’s Who. Her M.A. is in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Michigan University .
She also enjoys helping other organizations grow and is on the Board of Directors for National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and WomenVenture. Every year she trades in her professional hat to help raise funds for the Hennepin County Animal Humane Society Walk for Animals. In the past 10 years she has been one of the top 20 fundraisers.
